Problem Compiling BIND 8.2.1 under AIX 4.3.2

Hmm, this library is built during the first 'make'. So I suggest to do this
again and watch for errors.
btw. if you want I can  send you the binaries built on 4.1.5 as I did it
for another 4.3.2 'handicapped'
