Your ports tree is out of date - not surprising, ports are updated constantly.

% grep DISTNAME /usr/ports/net/bind8/Makefile
DISTNAME=       bind-8.2.1

See http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/synching.html for information on updating
your ports tree.  I personally prefer CVSup.

Now, back to the regularly scheduled generic BINDing.
