Odd.  I don't see where the problem lies.  Does anyone else?

To rehash:

Christine, is it possible that you could post the actual fragment of
the actual named.conf?  When you re-type things like these, sometimes
you unconsciously and automatically "perfect" them.

Also, were there any errors in your syslog output when 'named' loaded
or re-loaded the data?
