Q:sysquery: no addrs found, root nameserver problem

That is how my hint file is set up too (except I don't include the root.cache file)  I don't understand how the error is being generated.  I can do a "dig . ns @<nameserver>", and "dig <root-nameserver> any" works as well.  Since it can find the root NS and resolve it, what's the complaint about?
