How is this a DNS issue?
How do you have syslog configured?
To convert 2130706433 to an address.
Convert to hex
Separate into groups of 2
Convert each group to decimal
Insert dots.
I have no clue about what syslog. Look at your syslog configuration.
This is NOT NOT NOT a DNS issue.
