	You have bits specified in the address which are masked by the mask.
	You had:

		204.116.183.2&204.116.183.0

	Now there is no way you take any address apply the mask 204.116.183.0
	to it and get 204.116.183.2 hence the error.
	If you want the whole /24 (cass c) use:

		204.116.183.0&255.255.255.0
