Bind 8.2.2 statically linked

I made a patch to have to avoid collision of __res_randomid with glibc.
Kudos to [Symbol]@IRCnet for finding this solution:

ftp://ftp.entire-systems.com/linux/net/dns/bind-8.2.2/bind-8.2.2-static.diff

After applying this patch, named and named-xfer get build statically linked.
All other tools are dynlinked as usual.
