Need help bad with dns and smtp mail

I'm not sure if it would cause this symptom, but your secondary server
dns2.nhresorts.com, is refusing to answer queries about your domain:

If it's always the same sites that have trouble, there may be a routing
problem between their DNS servers and yours.  And since the secondary
server isn't responding, there's no backup when this happens.
