Dual Primaries...

Is there a way for Primaries to be peer so that changes can replicate from
one to the other in either direction?  Can this be done linking a BIND DNS
with a Win NT (or W2K) DNS?  We must have DDNS running to implement DHCP in
a mixed UNIX and NT environment.

If this is not easily done with the software as it is, do you know of any
third part packages to make this work?
