Is this normal?

Cricket,

	Why does it repeat the message many (seven in this case) times?
Doesn't that indicate some kind of error condition?  Just wondering.

Sure.  That just means the name server has loaded the
root hints file, which tells it the names and addresses
of the root name servers.
