Is this normal?

Hello all,

	Whenever I restart named on our server (Redhat 6.0 kernel 2.2.12,
bind-8.2-6) this statement appears in the syslog.

Oct 15 18:07:51 ns1 named[469]: cache zone "" (IN) loaded (serial 0)
Oct 15 18:07:51 ns1 last message repeated 7 times 

	Any help would be appreciated.
