Bind and Multiple VirtualHosts with Apache on 1 Static IP

Dns has nothing to do with it other than pointing the domain at the IP
address.
When your browser sends the request to the server it looks up the IP, and
then sends the request to the server,  your browser says its looking for
www.domain.com.   then your vhosts directive in apache delegates where the
to read the files from. You can setup any domain in your vhosts and do this,
aslong as the request if sent to your server, it will respond. If you have
