Transparent proxy usig BIND

Is-it possible, using BIND, to redirect all the time through the same IP,
without checking
where the request ask to go to ? (working as a transparent proxy)

i.e. :
DNS Request        DNS Response
www.win.be         212.166.2.50
www.microsoft.com  212.166.2.50
www.sun.com        212.166.2.50

and if possible :
194.167.85.125     212.166.2.50

How can I do that ???
