Starnge errors in 8.2.2-P5 under SCo5.05

I'm Using named 8.2.2-P5
812 is solved in ealier releases. So that cannot be the problem

I suspect that the bug is platform specific and is located in db_load.c
I tested with various compilers and they al give the same problem. An other
user has acknowledged the same problem (So I;m not dreaming :-) this up).

What I find disturbing is this from the bind 8.2.2 highlighting

Portability improvements (A/UX, AIX, IRIX, NetBSD, SCO, MPE/IX).
I wonder if Sco has been hit by these.
However nowone is guilty unless proven so.
I try to devote some (even more) time to this.

Any sugestions are welcome. Put them to my email address and once this is
solved I'll get back to the list.

Regards Rene
