compiling 8.2.2-P5 on AIX4.3.1

I am having problems compiling bind 8.2.2-P5 on AIX 4.3.1. I have
installed gnu make but while compiling, I get an error like this:
0711-317 ERROR : Undefined Symbol : in6addr_any
0711-345 User -bloadmap or -bnoquiet for more info
I would appreciate if anyone could help me with the solution and the
reasons behind it.
