NXDOMAIN: diff between capitalized domain and non-cap. one?

I think I recall a ciscussion when we made the conclusion that you now could
compile (? config? don´t remember excatly) your BIND to _make_ a difference between
the two somehow.... but ofcourse it seems really stupid to do so... =)
