[Rick Osterberg]

Does anyone know how to get into the news server news.granitecanyon.com,
to access their "support area"?  I'm connecting with username and
passwords of "soaguest", as instructed on their web page, and I am getting
refused.  If I connect with no username/password, I'm allowed in, but see
no groups.  I'm trying both with Outlook Express, as well as Unix news
readers like slrn.  Any ideas?
