Server not loading its config?

Hi there,

I've got a problem when i upgraded my 8.2 -> 8.2.2-P3 or above, it tells me

server is NOT loading its configuration on a ndc status

but it seems to answer any queries fine until i turn ndc querylog on and
it freezes. Any clues?
