Converting from BIND4 -> BIND8

Hello, I'm curious as to what is involved in upgrading from bind4 to bind8,
the documentation I've found is not helpful in any way.  If there are any
documents that anyone knows of that address this specifically I would
appreciate the location of said documents :)
