Got error updating dinamically

Hello,

I'm using bind8.2.2 and I've found this error in the
/var/log/messages file when i tried to update dinamically my
dns:

Nov 12 14:33:03 gaia named[14475]: error processing update
packet (YXRRSET) id 1165 from [138.4.7.194].1105

What does it mean?
I allowed update access from 138.4.7.194 in my named.conf.
