forwarding a zone to another ns

Hi,

I have a problem with DNS from a domain.

The domain doso.de has a nameserver at newaccount.com with a standard
zonefile:
(you can see it on ns10.newaccount.com)

There is an entry:
doso.de.	IN A 194.95.197.10

Now I want to create subdomains or further hosts on 194.95.197.10 for
doso.de.
I've created a zone for doso.de but it doesn't work.
I think it is impossible to do this.
But the admin, who was responsible for 194.95.197.10 on another host
told me, that
this is possible and it worked formerly.

Can anyone please help me and check the DNS information?
