bind 8.2.2-P3 and zone transfer error.

Yes.  There are some problem in named-xfer of 8.2.2-P3, and zonefiles
transfered contains multiple SOA records.

And after I compared named-xfer.c between 8.2.1 and 8.2.2-P3,
some strange(?) code is in print_outpuf() in named-xfer.c.
