Delegating < class C from within the C-net?

Greetings,

I have been given authority over a class C net, and I want
to do classless delegation within the C-net (split it up into
two domains). I am using a Linux name server with bind 8.2.1 
However the authority owning the B-net from which my C-net spawns off 
already said, that within their nameserver they only delegate whole 
C-nets. Now, is it possible for me to do the split-up into two domains, 
without the authority above having to change their policy?
