	No.  You had the problem with BIND 8.1.2 but you ignored it,
	BIND 8.1.2 logs the same error message.

	CNAME and other records have always been illegal.  BIND 8.2
	just made it a hard error rather than a soft error.

	Fix the error then the zone transfer will work.
