bind errors (from a newbie)

does anyone know whats wrong with my bind configurations.  I run Bind
8.2 on a RHlinux 6.0 box.  I just installed ssh 1.2.26, and i can ssh
out but when i try to connect to my self to test if i can get through i
see the following in the file /var/logs/messages

Jun  8 22:38:39 celine sshd[998]: error: bind: Address already in use
Jun  8 22:38:39 celine sshd[998]: fatal: Bind to port 22 failed:
Transport endpoint is not connected.

any help/advice would be appreciated
