DNS queries

I have a question, how do i know what server resolv the dns queries to a machine.

like, im the owner of myserver.com ---> dedicated server , when i configure it i decide what server ( IP or domain ) use to resolv host queries ( Host - IP ) (IP - HOST) , 

Can i get the dns resolvers for myserver.com remotly ?
