Bind 8 slaves are not loading primary data after noitfy ?!?

	Did you also update the serial number?

	Do the slaves support NOTIFY?  Older servers don't.

	Does the notify come from a IP address listed as a master on the
	slave.

	Has the slave successfully loaded the zone once?  There was a bug
	where the zone had to be loaded for the notify to work.
