Prob with bind: SOA non authoritive

Hi there ...

we are still runnging on bind 4 (upgrading is planned but needs yet some 
time)

we create the zone files directly from a database .... but now they won' 
work ... I only get a 

*** ERROR ***  !!! martywohnbau.ch SOA record at ns.everyware.ch is not 
authoritative

when checking the dns .... the file is the following:

I can't see any error .. I read and read and read and read again the file 
.. but .... I don't see the error .. maybe someone can help me?
