using more than one domain in a subnet

Hi,

I have the next problem:
I want to make a DNS configuration where I have more than one  domain
(for example two domains) in a subnet. The primary nameservers of these
domains are on different UNIX machines.
My problem is where do I configure the address to name (IN PTR) file ?
Changes in the configuration are possible on both machines and I don't
want to make both machines a primary nameserver for this address to name
(IN PTR) file.

Who can help me?
