There is a known bug in the HP-UX version of 8.2.1. Please insert the
following single line in src/port/hpux9/include/port_after.h:

#define __BIND_RES_TEXT

(For the curious among you: 8.2.1-REL gets the wrong version of _res,
namely the one from HP-UX libc. The above line ensures that the correct
_res, from BIND 8.2.1-REL itself, is used.)
