Won't work with dynamic IP's as those can't be registered as a DNS server
with InterNIC.
What will work:
Get someone who will delegate you a third-level domain on a bind8 server.
Then use Dynamic DNS to keep the IP address up-to-date. Be sure to use a
low enough TTL. After thats done, you can play as long as you want with
your new-found domain.
