Help ? Make: Cannot load mkdep.

	src/port/hpux10/bin/mkdep has the wrong permissions (the
	execute permissions are missing).  That being said "make
	depend" is not supported on this platform so just go on to
	the next step.  You just need to remember to "make clean"
	after applying any patches.
