Firewall, split dns and the forwarders directive

	The online documentation is for 8.2.  The current release is
	8.2.1 and it is documented in the 8.2.1 doc bundle.  

	Forwarding effects the whole heirachy below the zone listed so
	if you have sub zones it takes effect on them.
