because someone has done a delegation of a part of your net
and not a complete delegation.

The same (real) example here:

  naegele at zeder:~/bin> nslookup 194.122.214.35
  Server:  ns.she.de
  Address:  212.21.161.64

  Name:    www.mlp.de
  Address:  194.122.214.35
  Aliases:  35.214.122.194.in-addr.arpa
