Your DNS data will not be spread all over the Internet from alone.
For a minimum "legal" domain you need a primary NS and a secondary NS. And 
you have to fill out a domain template which normally you get from your
ISP. For .de domains look at http://www.denic.de/
For .com/.net/.org look at http://www.networksolutions.com/
