bind for NT

I haven't seen anything freeware, and to be honest I got so frustrated
with it that I built my own RH 5.2 linux box which has 8.1.2 installed
automatically.  The only problems I've had since then has been to get
authority over a sub-class C address block of 8 IP addresses.
