sorry about my unnecessary question, but I have read too late
the according postings of this newsgroup for my problem. Now /var/run/ndc
looks like:

root at zeder:/tmp/bind/src> ls -l /var/run/ndc 
srw-------   1 root     root            0 Jul 19 22:18 /var/run/ndc

and everything works fine :-)
