Bind messages in logs?

BIND is a system.  Syslog messages refer to programs such as 'named' et
al.  All of these messages except the first (innd) refer to 'inetd',
and are referring to bind(2) - not BIND.

I see some of these messages when I run daemons both from 'inetd' and
some /etc/rc.d/*/* init file, or when lines are duplicated in an
inetd.conf file.
