	Which is why you should have a directory statement refering to an
	absolute path in the options block not 'directory ".";'.

	I suspect that recursive queries were disabled for a while on
	193.101.111.20.  Or there is a path through the server that
	results in rd not being set when a query is sent to a forwarder.
