Secondary/slave not updating...

Hi,

I am running Bind 8.2 on a Redhat Linux 'test' machine.

I have two instances of named running on this one machine, one running
as a master and one as a slave. When I update a resource record on the
master, and then restart it, I would expect the slave to update fairly
quickly (ie within minutes or less),  in accordance with the default
NOTIFY request. But this isn't happening, the resource records are
updating as they might with notify disabled, ie in accordance with the
refresh value.

Looking at the messages log, the notify request seems to be sent out ok,
and a response received, but then the zone transfers just aren't
happening. I'm updating the serials everytime I update a record.

So, am I missing something?
