I think NSI will only accept registrations for myhost.isp.com from one of
the authorized contacts for the isp.com domain.  What you could do is
register a host in your own domain with the same address, i.e. register
myhost.mydomain.com.  There's no problem with myhost.mydomain.com having
the same address as myhiost.isp.com.
