/var/run/ndc= not created

Hi,

Just installed Bind 8.2.2 (patch 5). It didnt create the /var/run/ndc=
sockets file during make install as it normally does. 

So now i get errors like:

ndc: error: ctl_client: evConnect(fd 3): Connection refused
ndc: error: cannot connect to command channel (/var/run/ndc)

Anyone know how to create it manually?
