OK I split the failing zone (9000 lines) file, by usng $INCLUDE statements
in the main zone fileas shown below. I have got 35 subnets

$INCLUDE hct.194.170.38
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.39
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.40

$INCLUDE hct.194.170.43
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.44
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.45
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.46
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.47
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.48
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.49
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.50
$INCLUDE hct.194.170.51

If I comment out all the $INCLUDE statements, the zone transfers fine. If I
further remove the comment from any six of the above, the zone transfers
fine as well. as soon as I remove the comment from any other line (i.e. now
7 subnets), the zone fails. This proves that there is no syntax errors in
the zone. I think it is just to big. Any ideas ???
