Bind 8.2.2 p5 for NT and listen-on statements

Only prob is a lot of people don't realise that .tar.gz can be opened by
winzip.
Also Windoz likes to replace the .'s with a _ for some strange reason
on download. Just replace the _'s with .'s  and it can be opened   ;)
Maybe a suggestion for the download page !!!
