Nonsense! The URL above points you at the *source code* for
BIND8.2.2P5. Included in that source code is NT support. FYI it's in
the directory src/port/winnt. Here's an extract from the README that's
in the distribution (which you obviously didn't bother to read):

		Support for Windows/NT (thanks to BayNetworks).
