diffs between Linux distros

We are running Bind 8.1.2 on a RH5.2 machine.  I am currently setting up
8.2.2-5 on a
Suse 6.2 machine.  I am having a devil of a time!!  are their any major
changes between
the two that I may be overlooking (other than the file locations).
Ps this has nothing to do with my previous post!! :)
