Change of IP address of nameservers

Yes, if that nameserver is authoritative for an InternIC delegated domain.
You will nedd to send in a HOST TEMPLATE.

That is basically right, but I think InterNIC does not
care whether the GLUE records are actually required or not, they add
them to the parent zone nonetheless.

The best way is to find out if there already is a record for the host
at InterNIC
	$ whois xyz.bar.com
If it's there and has the old IP address, you should update it.
