Q:sysquery: no addrs found, root nameserver problem

The first thing that named does when it starts up is get the current list
of root servers.  If it doesn't have forwarders configured, it asks one of
the servers in the hint file; if it has forwarders configured, it asks its
forwarder.

Apparently in your configuration, the forwarder is not responding to the
query for the root NS records.  You need to figure out why your firewalls
aren't responding properly for this information.
