	Barry,
		in this case he needs to add the NS record listing
	MARS.KCOM.NE.JP as a nameserver to the zone.  The zone is
	delegated to MARS.KCOM.NE.JP and HOSTDNS1.JATOBULL.CO.JP
	but only HOSTDNS1.JATOBULL.CO.JP is listed in the zones
	NS RRset.
