Getting resource records removed

Short explainaintion of situation:

I've recently transfered a domain, which I own, from being hosted by
an ISP to my own DNS servers. No problem with InterNIC moving the
domain and the root servers all point correctly to my servers now.

Here's the problem:

Repeated requests sent to the ISP to remove the resource records for
this domain have been ignored. Obviously this isn't a major problem
since the root servers point to my machines now. But since the ISP in
question is fairly large, it does create a bit of a problem for users
of that ISP to access these servers now.

Here's the question:

What can I do to put presure on the ISP to get my domain's resource
records off of their DNS servers?
